COMBINED DESIGNS

Are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same. The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which also applies to exact reprint orders. The minimum quantity for each design is 5,000 kits.

Prices Include

Printing on entire outside cover (front, saddle, back, and inside pouch) with contents of 6 thread colors, 1 needle, 1 safety pin, and 2 shirt buttons in polybag. There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint. Printing method: Offset. Folded Size and Imprint Area: 2" Wide x 2-7/8" Long.

4 - 5 weeks delivered within continental U.S.A. Rush charge, including freight and handling, is $275 for 1 case of 5,000 kits. For 2 or more cases of 5,000 kits, the charge is $235 per case. The balance of order, if any, will be shipped within normal production time of 8 - 10 weeks, F.O.B. CA.
