It comes with instructions and is comprised of a reflective Window Flag and set of 4 Breakdown Information Cards. One is used for each event where the time, date and breakdown reason is recorded. The card is inserted into a pouch on the back of the flag for police clarification There are 3 additional reflectors: A Shirt-Button Tag and a pair of Lace-Tags™ for the motorist and/or passenger.
